Industry Leading - Good, Better and Best Warranty Program is offered with the Instinct, Prestige and Smart 316. Contractors who receive the BEST level warranty will be highlighted on the Triangle Tube Website. Registration is easy just Click Here, and it will reward the quality of each installation.

How it works for the Instinct and Prestige:

Good - Our ENTRY-level warranty which offers a 2-year part and 10-year primary heat exchanger warranty with your Triangle Tube Instinct or Prestige Boiler.

Better - Our MID-level warranty which offers a 5-year part, 2-Year labor and 10-year heat exchanger warranty with your Triangle Tube Instinct or Prestige Boiler.

*Offered when you register the installation, providing homeowner and contractor information.

Best - Our HIGH-level warranty which offers a 6-year part, 3-year labor allowance and 10-year primary heat exchanger warranty with Triangle Tube Instinct or Prestige Boiler. Your Business will be added to the "Find a Contractor" section on the Triangle Tube website and highlighted as receiving the BEST warranty from the Triangle Tube warranty program.

*Offered when you register the installation, providing homeowner and contractor information plus upload a picture of the combustion readings from your combustion analyzer.

How it works for the Smart 316 & Cardinal Tank

Good - This is our ENTRY-level warranty, which offers a Lifetime Tank Warranty on all residential applications and 1-year parts with the Triangle Tube Smart 316 tank.

*Offered when your installation is NOT registered with Triangle Tube. See terms and conditions.

Better - This is our MID-level warranty which offers a Lifetime Tank Warranty on all residential applications, 1-year parts and 1-year labor allowance for replacement of the tank within the first 12 months of your installation of the Triangle Tube Smart 316 tank.

*Offered when you register the installation, providing homeowner and contractor information.

Best - This is our HIGH-level warranty which offers a Lifetime Tank Warranty on all residential applications, 6-year parts and 3-year labor allowance for replacement of the tank within the first 36 months of your installation of the Triangle Tube Smart 316 tank. Your business will be added to the “Find a Contractor” section on the Triangle Tube website.

*Offered when you register the installation, upload a photo of the combustion readings from your combustion analysis on the boiler installation and provide customer and contractor information. Tank must be installed with a Triangle Tube boiler. Boiler and tank must be installed at the same time. Boiler and tank must be registered.

PRESTIGE CTRLMAX & EXCELLENCE

Offering our Three Point - Good, Better, Best - Market Leading warranty program to installs on or after July 1, 2019 with up to a 6-year part, 3-year labor allowance and 10-year primary heat exchanger warranty when you register the installation, upload a photo of the passing combustion reading from your combustion analyzer. 10 Year Limited Warranty & 5 Year Limited Parts on all models or installs before July 1, 2019.  Triangle Tube Inc. hereby warrants the Prestige CTRLMAX Condensing Boiler when properly registered with our factory at the time of purchase (as set forth below) to be free from defects in material or workmanship. Triangle Tube will repair or, at its option, replace the component part under the conditions explained below.

MAXI-FLO

Limited One Year Warranty (Stainless Steel MF Model) Limited Two Year Warranty (Titanium T Model)Triangle Tube hereby warrants the Maxi-Flo Heat Exchanger to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of the original installation. Triangle Tube sole and only liability and the original user’s sole remedy under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at Triangle Tube option, of the defective heat exchanger. MARQUIS TANKLESS

12 Year Limited Warranty & 5 Year Limited PartsTRIANGLE TUBE. hereby warrants the Marquis when properly registered with our factory at the time of purchase to be free from defects in material or workmanship. Keystone (KW & KS)

(KW) 5 Year Limited Warranty & 1 Year Limited Parts (KS) 10 Year Limited Warranty & 1 Year Limited PartsTriangle Tube hereby warrants the Keystone Condensing Boiler &/or Keystone Condensing Water Heater when properly registered with our factory at the time of purchase (as set forth below) to be free from defects in material or workmanship. BRAZED PLATE HEAT EXCHANGERS

Limited One Year WarrantyTriangle Tube hereby warrants the Plate & Frame Heat Exchanger to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of the original installation. Triangle Tube/Phase III’s sole and only liability and the original user’s sole remedy under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at Triangle Tube option, of the defective heat exchanger. The warranty does not cover damage from ordinary wear, erosion and/or corrosion. See Warranty Terms & Conditions
